Prehnite - Songbird Healing Crystal Wisdom

Prehnite is a calcium aluminum silicate found in Australia, China, South Africa, Scotland and New Jersey USA.  The color is usually a translucent, soft green and is typically found with small inclusions of black tourmaline. Prehnite harmonizes with pink, green and black tourmaline among many other crystals, gemstones and minerals.
Prehnite is an Earth and Water element stone that resonates with the solar plexus and heart chakras. The Earth element aspect of Prehnite stabilizes and strengthens the flow of life force energy (chi) in the body, helping you feel less nervous or drained and encouraging a sense of peace and calm. The Water element aspect of Prehnite facilitates the expression of emotions or thoughts and helps you communicate them in a positive, nonjudgmental way. It also helps you to release emotional "baggage" and just "go with the flow".  I like to visualize all my worries, concerns, fears floating away down a peaceful stream as I let them all go!
Prehnite links the solar plexus chakra (seat of power) with the heart chakra thereby creating a connection where your power is used to carry out the urging of the heart. It invokes the use of your personal power in the service of love. In this way, your actions come from a place of peace and your desires are in alignment with the highest good possible in every situation. 
On a physical level, Prehnite purifies the energies of the digestive and circulatory systems as well as the kidneys, adrenals, liver and gallbladder. It can help clear toxins from the body through the lymphatic and urinary systems.
