Introduction

This is my first blog associated with my website. I intend to use this blog to offer you information, insights and guidance regarding the healing properties of crystals and gemstones to help you in all aspects of your life.
As part of my Reiki learning and training, I have come to understand that all matter is energy that vibrates at a certain frequency or range of frequencies within the full electromagnetic spectrum of the planet. As such, WE are energy and within our bodies we have energy centers (chakras) that vibrate at specific frequencies and regulate all aspects of our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Crystals and gemstones vibrate at various frequencies that resonate with one or more of the energy centers (chakras) in our body. This resonance is the basis of their healing properties.
My mantra is "Let your song be heard" and I truly believe in this mantra because that is what the healing energies of crystals allowed me to do. It is my heartfelt desire to help you do the same.
